Library provides Shapefile writing capability to ActionScript 3.0, using the ESRI Flex API for geometry/attribute handling. The library is a pure ActionScript library, requiring no server-side components to write the Shapefile. Library requires Flash Player 10.0 or higher in order to utilize the FileReference object introduced in Flash 10.0. Library is written using Flex SDK 4.0.
