Overview
A common search scenario would be to find people in your organisation. An effective way of doing this is by integrating people search within your Universal search, by using Onebox technology or Search-as-you-type from your Google Search Appliance.
The Google labs Search-as-you-type would require a text-file source of people to do lookups against. This often requires customer work to extend to integrate into the live Active Directory of the company.
Similarly the OneBox functionality would require a provider written to return Active Directory results.
