A command line tool, based on WireShark, designed to allow a user to view a message of a telecommunication protocol as a decoded tree, and use this tool in his/her applications.
Epan decoder is a command-line tool that takes messages via the standard input stream, decode them and post the decoded tre via to the standard output stream.
