Project description:
The prediction program DSSP used one letter codes to predict secondary structures for each amino acid in peptide sequences.
One family of one-letter-code is "Coils" which is the letters: B, C, T and S.
We have many DSSP output files for amino acids. I will extract data"s from these files to make a predictor of "coil" structure.
