Many audio/video receivers have a serial port for remote control purpose. This project is intended to give you a simple access to your audio/video receiver from your Linux box.
The project is mainly developed for a Marantz SR5600 and a LG 50PS2000, but may be compatible with other models. Please let me know if it works for your model, I will update the list.
