iStackr is a program which helps a "stacker" assess who of the people that wish to speak, are the ones who have spoken the least, and from an original order of speakers, generate a new "progressive stack" in which people will be re-prioritized so that the one who speaks the most is now last. The program achieves this through a quick survey from each person, which is voluntary, and presents the results at the end.
