Medievo is a tyle-laying game that can be learned and played quickly. By using randomly drawn tiles the players try to build towns, streets and monasteries and get control over them. The fact that the tiles are randomly drawn results in a countless number of possible combinations. Playing the game requires tactical skills and a well placed move at the beginning of the game can influence its outgoing. Implementation of a computer controlled opponent involves the use of artificial intelligence, graph theory and a clear object-oriented approach. The name medievo is spanish and means middle ages.
