SEPIA
Introduction
SEPIA is an open source tool for engineers, researchers, and students etc who wants to evaluate Information Retrieval or Question Answering systems. More specifically, SEPIA is web-based application developed in CMU/LTI, which makes it possible to develop IR and QA test collections and conduct relevance judgments.
