The objective of the Digital Variants project is to develop a GUI for the nmerge program that is a reusable Joomla! component. There are also some modules that are required by the component.
In particular we have:
1. mod_windowbox - this provides a collapsible apparatus at the bottom of single view and edit view
1. mod_searchbox - this provides a basic search facility for MVDs. It is used in single view and twin (compare) view
1. mod_infobox - this is used to display a popup menu of available versions of an mvd. Used in edit view, single view and twin view.
1. drawtree - adapted versions of the phylip programs drawtree and fitch. For Tree view to work these must be recompiled for your server architecture. (see README in com_mvd)
