DonorSim is a software for simulating diploid donor by implanting known SVs into reference genome and evaluate the alignments of discordant pairs and split reads as well as SV detections. Further more this tool can help screen out alignments according to a given SV list from which discordant pairs and split reads affected by SVs can be examed in detail.
