Gene-gene interaction filtering with an ensemble of Tuned ReliefF filters
Summary
Providing TuRF-E.pl program for SNP interaction filtering. Could be directly applied to GWA datasets with millions of SNPs. The output could be processed by GEsnpxPara.jar program which generates a list of potential SNP-SNP (gene-gene) or SNP-environment interactions.
