The project aims to inter-connect the bioinformatics e-resources, appearing in the relevant domain literature, into a semantic network of related resources.
User can specify the following parameters to be used as input to the program.
A list of resources.
The relevance measuring method to develop the network. Three methods are used to find the similarity between resources.
Method1 - For comparing the resources on basis of their lexical profiles.
Method2 - For comparison between resources on basis of shared descriptors
Method3 - For compairon between resources on basis of lexical profiles of shared descriptors
Please note that, all required variables can be controlled using the properties files: "Semantic_Network.properties" in project main directory.
