Bioinformatics tool to view protein sequence and perform calculation on overlapping sub-sequence.
SEQview provides protein sequence visualization based on its amino acids property and their position in the sequence.It displays frequency of amino acids based on their properties like hydrophobicity, side chain polarity and charge.
It provides calculations based on overlapping and non-overlapping sub-sequence frames. Value is assigned to each amino acid from the sub sequence. SEQview uses values from AAIndex database so user can specify name of AAindex table or can specify value for each each amino acid by selection customize option
