YANEX - Yeast Associations Network Explorer -
an HTML5 web application that dynamically displays custom networks from custom uploaded tsv/csv/sif and allow for detection of novel associations by filtering out known literature networks

YANEX has been throughly tested on Firefox and Chrome. It works on Safari and IE 11+. Older versions of IE does not support secured local reading of files. See more information from Microsoft.
