What is Axil?
Axil is a scripting language using Microsoft Excel-compatible syntax, ideal for embedding in applications to add simple, accessible and safe end-user scripting. Extremely easy to learn, ideal for novices. Very small footprint and fast execution. Integrated safety mechanisms control host application access, memory utilization and runaway scripts.
What Makes Axil Different?
Axil allows safe and flexible scripting to be performed from inside a production application, directly by the end user, without fear of damage to the host application or its infrastructure. Axil enables the end user to see a simple and domain-specific language for customization of the application, but without the application developer needing to build their own custom grammar or domain-specific language.
