Taimi tool helps small companies to be better organized and focused to software and other process improvement initiatives among their daily routines. There are two important elements in Taimi tool. These elements - processes and projects - are integrated together with an innovative user interface and agile process development possibilities.
Both processes and projects can be easily modified in Taimi"s co-operational environment. The process model is a kind of a flexible matrix with phases/iterations/timeline (x-axis), disciplines (y-axis) and tasks (matrix item). Tasks have descriptions, possible document templates or links to guidelines.
The process improvement can become a part of daily activity with Taimi.
