Overview:
In contemporary society, with the development of new technology, people are more willing to choosing useful and convenient tools for daily working. Email, a product of new technology, is accepted by most of people due to its absolutely advantage of fast, convenient and low cost. A lot of people are focusing on the development of email help tools and tons of online applications and local clients have come out, such as Gmail.com, Apple Email.app, etc. They help people manage their emails such as “mark as read” as well as searching email by different patterns. It is no doubt that those tools are useful, however, they are not “smart” enough. For instance, Gmail could provide people a good experience of filtering only if users have predefined those rules. Following the design rule of that all potential users are “lazy”, being able to provide automatical filtering and clustering would improve user experience greatly.
