arrss (pronounced "ARRR! ess ess") is a torrent auto downloader. It reads an RSS feed and matches the title and last episode or date to determine which episodes to download. It is designed to be used in a cron job to drop .torrent files in a watch directory for rtorrent (though any other bittorrent client will work if it can watch a directory).
I created arrss because pytvshows only worked with feeds from tvrss.net. pytvshows is a better program and is easier to configure. If your shows are available on tvrss.net, go with that. arrss is for people who want finer control of where they download and are willing to put in a little more work.
