This project aims at creating a Neural Network (NN). Sure there are many NN libraries available- just load them and train them for recognition.
But... what if somebody wants to understand NN from scratch and program it all by themselves. Well then, welcome to my project it will provide you with detailed description of creating and experimenting with NN from scratch.
