The project helps the management of the Whitehouse Apartments input necessary information regarding the rental and payment of each unit in the Apartment. It also outputs the summary of the payments for each month that can be submitted to the owners of the apartments.
Since there has been a recent problem regarding the rental payments in the Whitehouse Apartments, this application let occupants track their status in the apartment. They can view their billing for the current month, unpaid balance, recent and previous payments and their deposit. This helps the occupants know if their payment, through bank or in person, has been able to enter the records of the management.
