Cross-posts new or edited entries to Twitter in the format
preface "entry-title" (permalink)
The permalink can either be the entry permalink or a short tinyurl link to the entry. It is not unlikely that Twitter will shorten the permalink via tinyurl regardless of this setting. However, Twitter is limiting the number of characters of a message so checking this box might prevent URLs from being cut off in case of a long blog post title.
Installation
Download, uncompress and untar. Move mt-static/PostTwitter into your static directory and plugins/PostTwitter into your Movable Type plugins directory (e.g. cgi-bin/mt/plugins).
