Introduction
Executes programmes "ping -n 20" and "tracert" in a GUI-environemnt, then lets the user choose if he wants to upload the results on pastebin.com and then offers the user HTML text suitable for HTML WYSIWYG editors.
At the moment, development is focused on the Windows platform.
