This command line tool can be used to generate image files out of 1, 2, or 3 dimensional raw binary data stored in x-major format. Image files can be lossless (png) or lossy (jpg) compressed. This code was developed to interface scientific programs which output raw binary data with a web application which can display .png or.jpg files.
