A collection of special functions implemented directly in Octave. Extends many of the standard Octave functions to complex arguments. Effort made for robust implementations. Includes Riemann Zeta function, Hurwitz Zeta, Theta functions, orthogonal polynomials (valuation, coefficients, orthonormal scaling, zeros, and weights for Gaussian-type quadrature), elliptic functions, etc.
