We have implemented an Asynchronous Rural Information Distribution System using the Kiosk Net Architecture. Kiosk Net is an asynchronous Internet solution bases on Delay Tolerant Networks and Opportunistic Connection Management Protocol. We particularly address the rural health system but this architecture can have various applications in a similar topology.
