Second Budget is a utility intended to make you more productive in your work. As the first step in using your money more wisely is keeping track of your spending, the first step in using your time more wisely is keeping track of how you spend it. Second Budget keeps track of your time.
It takes screenshots of your desktop at random intervals, and then, later, asks you to score these screenshots, to determine whether at the time the screenshot was taken you were doing something productive or non-productive.
