PDF recompressor that uses jbig2enc encoder with improved perceptually lossless coding for symbol coding.
If you want to use this project using maven there is enough to set it as maven dependency in pom.xml:

Jbig2enc improvement is being moved to hosting on github as fork of original version of jbig2enc in order to make it more linkable to original version and allow to pull the changes made to original version of jbig2enc encoder.
