Simple and powerful HEVC/H.265 implementation.
Optimized for embedded, FPGA, GPU, MultiCores systems.
The project will release a new version every three months(Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec).

The latest version is 201306.
The latest source is 201209.
The SDK will be uploaded whenever HM-N.0 is released. The latest released SDK is compatible with HM-12.0
The code is developed on my x86 platform, and the x64 version is not officially supported for now. To use x265 in your x64 system, please adopt the configuration "gcc -m32".
Currently, A Chinese university team working on the commercial version Encoder, please direct contact Dr. Wang.
The compression performance has been dramatically improved and more advanced features are to be tested, including multi-cores, taskpool, GPU, etc.
I am working on patents for H.266.
