GroupLootMonitor adds a tooltip to the Need (dice), Greed (coins), or Pass (X) buttons in a group loot window.
The tooltip displays who has responded with Need/Greed/Pass and who has not responded.
You may need to enable Detailed Loot Information (Options->Interface->Display).
