i port polipo http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/polipo/ to VC2008,
* add IPv6 support for Windows platform
* it canbe compiled under Mingw or VC2008.
I hope it will help those fellows being familiar with Visual Studio development take part in the project.
polipo can also be work as an bridge between ipv4 and ipv6 network, under both linux or windows platform.
