Code for the Explorable Microscopy Project (Macro/Micro/Nano GigaPans)of equipping macro lenses, microscopes, and scanning electron microscopes with software and when needed hardware to enable them to capture large grids of images (the largest so far: over 50,000 images!
This repository is for Arduino code to run various XYZ stages, and the matching code on a PC to control the process, and a G Code Device Adapter for the Micro Manager Microscope Software (http://www.micro-manager.org/).
