This is a fork from the fastcgi launcher of kepler project.
It uses libfcgi library(and its assoicated fcgi_stdio) which can be found at http://www.fastcgi.com.
the associated echo.fcgi shows how a typical FCGI script should be written.
the associated luacgi.lua for a typical launcher(i.e., replacement of lua) when launched under the HTTP server.
the Windows makefile builds a stand alone EXE based on this launcher script.
