The goal of this project is to provide a central algorithm, for extracting heavy Fourier coefficients from a given WAV file. This is to be done quickly, efficiently and accurately.
This is part of the workshop in Coding Theory and Learning, given in the School of Computer Science, Tel-Aviv University, Semester B 2011.

Important Note: The last two revisions are ALGORITHMICALLY different. Eventually, it must be decided which one to use. The two versions offer a tradeoff between the time-complexity of the algorithm and the accuracy of the algorithm.
