Music Collection Builder is a tool for randomly picking music files from a big library in the ammount necessary to fill a CD or any other media storage.
The tool may be found useful by anyone who uses self-recorded mp3 CDs in his(her) car, for example, and wishes to fill the CD with randomly selected files.
