In order to simplify the memory management, this library provide an array as smart pointer to the device memory, which uses reference count to free the resource. Expression template technique is used to help write straight forward bit-wise operation code without the loss of performance.
This library is developed by Steve Jiang"s research group in the Department of Radiation Oncology and Applied Science at University of California San Diego.
