The goal of the DBUtil.SqlCmd project is to allow execution of SQL files for SQL Server in a manner compatbile with the way they are executed from SQLCMD.EXE:
split batches delimited by a batch delimiter (usually GO)
replace $(variables)
understand : command likes :connect, :setvar etc
