PennyTel is one of cheapest VOIP service provider in Australia. I recently found web service API for Callback and SMS service. You can find the API document in here, https://www.pennytel.com/api.pdf
J-PennyTel allows to callback and send SMS through your PennyTel? account, so you need to have account in PennyTel? before you start using it.
J-PennyTel is Free for every none-commercial users under GNU General Public License, and source code also will be available.
J-PennyTel was programmed using Cocoa-AppleScript? on Mac OS X 10.6.3, and never tested other OS version. Testing also was very limited because of time and money.
