本程序是对Windows系统盘的增减情况做出判断。程序内容如下：每一定的时间间隔对系统的盘符信息读取一次，当前的盘符数和之前一次的盘符数进行对比，当盘符增加或者减少则弹出MessageBox进行提示。尤其是当移动存储设备例如u盘的插入，可以进行判断。-This procedure is the Windows system tray to determine changes in circumstances.
