聊天室说明：
此程序基于C/S模式，Server端只要运行一个就可以了，一个用户对应一个Client端，可以运行多个Client端进行多人聊天，聊天分为广播形式和单点对单点的选择发送形式。此程序可以在单机和局域网运行。
