HTML5 Boilerplate Lite
HTML5 Boilerplate Lite or HBL is a minified edition of HTML5 boilerplate, I used HTML5 boilerplate a lot before, but found that I do delete stuff too often, so I decided to create something smaller, and straight to the point, just for what it was made for: a framework to build on, not around it.
