GTFSTesting combines the following:
A Firebird database with tables representing each of the GTFS text files.
A one-click executable file that shows the feed results of feedvalidator.exe and schedule_viewer.exe in a browser window.
GTFSTesting allows you to manage your GTFS data in a database environment rather than modifying text files, CSV files, or spreadsheets directly.
UPDATE: version 1.1 database charset changed to UTF8, expanded size of VARCHAR columns, updated DDL SQL script, source removed as separate download - now one ZIP available that contains binary and source
