Managed I/O Completion Ports (IOCP) is part of a .NET class library named Sonic.Net, which I first released on CodeProject in May 2005. Sonic.Net is a free open source class library that can be used in building highly scalable server side .NET pplications. This part-2 of Managed IOCP builds on top of my first Managed IOCP article.
