本程序是通过网络进行语音对讲的例子程序。 其中设计利用DIRECTX获取声音信息，利用G.723编码解码，最后通过网络传输到远端后，再使用DIRECTX播放声音的全过程。-the procedure is through the network for voice Talkback example procedures.
