Relocation is a web-based visual tool for the modification and validation of point-based datasets. Multiple CSV- or XML- structured files whose items have latitudes and longitudes can be uploaded and are inserted into a MySQL database. When users are assigned to a dataset, they can login and make click-and-drag edits to the points. Modifications are saved to the database, to be approved by an administrator who can see all edits by all users for all datasets. An administrator can then export the points back into a CSV, XML or Excel format.
Note: This tool uses a WMS layer of West Virginia 2003 SAMB Orthophotos for detailed point registration.
