This should achieve two objectives – primarily it needs to be designed to fulfill a useful task for some user population (say students at university, or professionals in a particular industry) and secondarily (hopefully), this usefulness should be demonstrated by its actual adoption by users on
Facebook.
To attempt to explain with an example, I am not looking for an application which lets its users just “Send Love”, but rather something with a practical purpose (for instance, Top Friends, an application which lets Facebook users manually organize their friends is the one of the most popular Facebook applications).
In this assignment, you may use any programming language, platform and technology. Development using Facebook requires you to host your applications on your own webspace and I have arranged 5 suitable accounts on the UMa
