Installation
These folders must have read/write permission:
* imagecache/
* templates_c/
* db/
These files must be configured with your installation paths
* config/config.yml
* scripts/clean-trash.sh
Fixed install locations:
* Spyc 0.2.5 -> [faxviewer_path]/lib/
If you want to use ImageMagick 6.4.2, when retrieving the timestamp:
* ImageMagick 6.0.7: -format %[timestamp]
* ImageMagick 6.4.2: -format %[tiff:timestamp]
