Makes whole Joomla 1.5 layout Jump&Scroll Smoothly
Smooth-Sroll is a small (1.8 KB) and simple plugin. It enables Joomla! to smoothly jump through the whole layout to a named anchor/div id in a page or simply to the top of the page via a normal link.

There"s also a mod for Phpbb 3.x: It enables Phpbb to smoothly slide between post titles and converts all top links at the right of each post into "smooth-sliders" to the top of the page. You can also add a custom link to the top of the page via a normal link in template files. It works with linked images, as well.
